Hello Bates Family,
The Tuesday, December 20, 2011 performance of
"The Bates Nutcracker Suite" is officially SOLD OUT.
There will not be any tickets available at the door. Due to fire laws, MD Hall does not have a standing space. Each person, regardless of age, must have a ticket to get into the theatre for the performance.
Ticket orders have been processed and will be distributed to students to carry home this Monday, December 12th. Mailed tickets will go out this Friday, December 9th. If by any chance those of you who ordered tickets find that you do not need some of your tickets, please notify Kristine Genovese so she can make arrangements for others to purchase the tickets.
When you receive your ticket order next week, in your envelope you will find your tickets marked with specific seat numbers along with a marked seating chart to show you where your seat is. There will be many ushers to assist audience members on the evening of the performance.
Our Bates Encore & PVA Dancers are looking forward to sharing a wonderful performance of "The Bates Nutcracker Suite”!
