This Saturday is the start of the PVA Monthly Arts Experience with Saturday, September 8, Welcome to the PVA!, Bates Middle School, 9:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
It is a required Saturday for all PVA students.
The schedule for the day is as follows:
9-11:30 Creative time with prime arts areas. Students will enter front door and then be directed to their prime arts classrooms. Music students - please bring your instrument.
11:30-12:00 Bagged lunch
12:00-12:45 Parents welcome to attend program presentations in various areas of Bates campus - Arts in Bates Annex, Dance in Bates Annex studios, Band in band room, Strings in strings room, Chorus in chorus room, Visual Arts ongoing in arts rooms.
12:45-1:30 Jazz peformance/lecture in outdoor classroom. Also, informational tables setup outside the fence for PTA, Bates Volunteer Coordinator, PVA T-shirt distribution and Guidance.
