Hello Bates Families,
As you know, the Otis Spunkmeyer cookies will be delivered this Wednesday, Oct
24th, to the students who participated in the fundraiser. If your student sold
more than 4 or 5 tubs of cookies, please make sure that an adult can pick-up
the cookies in the Bates gym before 5pm on Wednesday. Again, pick-up of the cookies is in the gym this year.
Remember that the cookies
are perishable and need to be immediately stored in a freezer.
Also, we still
need a few volunteers for cookie distribution. If you are available for an hour
or two between 11:30 am and 4:00 pm, please contact Elizabeth Taylor, ebtaylor15@gmail.com.
