5K Volunteers needed - This is a great event for the students!

In 10 days we will host the 4th annual Wiley Bates PTA Arts in Motion 5K @ the Bates Track.  Race Start is 8:00 a.m. 

Volunteer Arrival time = 6:45 am :)

Bluepoint Timing will be tracking every runner!
All finishers receive a medal!

We need you parents to make this a fantastic and safe event.

Random Tasks to be covered by Fantastic Volunteers:

1:  Set up/Roadies -  with Steve Conyer; tables, chairs and tent,and raised stage in the A.M.

2. Power!  - connect several power cables to supplypower from the Arts Annex to the track.

3.  Starting line/Finish line help – distributemedals to EVERY finisher

4. Race Monitors (you get touse a walkie talkie!)

5. Assist WellnessDemonstrators

6.  Assist Sport Massage Setup Space

7. Assist DJ set up asneeded

8. Water table

9.  Food Table/Food Runners

10. Photographer!!!  Really need a photographer to capture runnersas they finish.

11. Clean up  - help tidy up track area.  J
