Foreign Language request/discussion

Hello Bates Community,

Two years ago, offering French as a foreign language was discontinued at Bates due to waning interest and the entrance of Italian being offered as a foreign language which is a required language class for PVA students.

Any families who would like to express their interest in the possibility of offering French again at Bates should contact Heather Macintosh at heathermac@verizon.net

Discussions are occurring with the Foreign Language Coordinator at AACPS.  Now is the time for interested families to speak up about their interest in bringing back French to Bates.
