Last year the Annapolis Education Commission set as one of this school year's chief goals a strategic outreach to our growing Hispanic population, which in between the 2000 and the 2010 census has tripled to comprise approximately 18% of our city's residents. In that vein, please note the following meeting on Thursday, April 25, 2013, 5:45-8:15pm, at Tyler Heights Elementary School, 200 Janwall Street, Annapolis, MD 21403. Please see the information below (in English and Spanish - duplicated in the attached flyer). Request widest dissemination to other city residents, especially those whose primary language is Spanish.
