The May Flower sale is Bates Middle School's
spring PBIS event. PBIS stands for Positive Behavior Incentive System.
Similarly to the December PBIS Bargain Basement, the students use Bates
bucks to purchase flowers.
Volunteers are needed on Tues, May 7 and Wed, May 8, 3-5 pm or any time that you can give. On Tuesday and Wednesday, we will plant flowers in cups, wrap cups with tissue and tie with bows.
Volunteers are also needed on Thursday, May 9
for the May flower sale to the students which occurs in the cafeteria from 1:50 to 2:50, during
6th period.
DONATIONS NEEDED for May Flowers
- Flats of Annuals
- Bagged, unopened soil
- Colored plastic cups (various
sizes)
- Brown or white paper
"lunch" bags
- Big Ticket Items--- large
potted flowers or plants, potted shrubs or perennials.
- Spring themed stickers
- Colored Popsicle sticks/craft
