6 pm PTA Speaker and 6:30 pm PTA Meeting this Monday, November 11 in the Bates Media Center.
Our 6 pm speaker will be Officer Bacorn, the Bates School Resource Officer (SRO), who is assigned to our school full time. She will speak about how she spends her time at Bates each day. Please come to learn what she does and ask her any questions you may have.
The PTA meeting will follow and include:
- Principal Report from Mr. DeRoo
- Budget Discussion - budget request from Ms. Brino and Ms. Orzech to attend the National Arts Education Association conference
- Staff Appreciation Report - 11/25 Staff Appreciation Lunch
- Quarterly Showcase and Fall Fiesta overview - 11/15
- Start School Later (SSL) Update
