Kimberly Villatoro was last seen walking in the area of Forest Drive and Barbud Lane at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.
She has brown hair with blonde highlights and was wearing a white and gray North Face jacket, light blue jeans with holes in them, and hiking boots, police said.
Anyone with information about Villatoro's whereabouts is encouraged to call police at 410-268-9000.
