Hello Annapolis Cluster Community - I have just learned that Bates will be performing at the Annapolis MS Dance Company's Benefit Concert next week (Nov 3rd, 6-8:30pm) at Annapolis High. Ms. Shea says that the 7th grade PVA dance students are confirmed to perform. Ms. Shea has also offered to have 3 dancers and 3 PVA artists do an improv dance/art piece. We are awaiting approval that this can be logistically accommodated on stage at Annapolis High. It involves a canvas hanging from the ceiling rafters, tarp on the floor, paint etc. Sounds cool though, huh? Professional dance company DragonFly Dance Experiment is also performing. Should be a great night!
Anyway, could you help us get the word out? Tickets are $5 in advance and $8 at the door. There will also be a raffle where folks have a chance to win one of 20+ items. Check out the link above for greater detail.
The advance ticket window is closing soon - you must send in your money (cash or check to Annapolis Middle w/"Orange Bowl" in the memo line) to the Bates Office c/o Bates PTA before noon on Monday.
