Ms. Watkins and Ms. Darling have been working hard to put together an awesome Bates Talent Show (the first ever!). She will need 8-10 parents to help with the following. The show is at 7pm, so you would need to ask Ms. Watkins, but I assume she would need you to arrive at least 45 minutes prior (depending on the job!). Please contact Ms. Watkins directly if you can help (pwatkins@aacps.org).
1. Ticket sales at the door
2. Helping participants with costumes and make up
3. Assisting back stage with props and stage prep
4. Managing the order of acts coming on stage
5. Assisting the judges with whatever they need
6. Roping off seats in the auditorium for participants
