Dear Friend of Bates Middle School,
I would like to invite you to serve the Bates students by
volunteering as a science fair judge for our 2012 science fair. Judging
will take place in the school media center on Tuesday, December 11, 2012
from 8 am until 8 pm and on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 from 8
am until 3 pm. This year we are looking for help from our Bates
community to volunteer for a one hour time slot as:

General Science Fair Judges
include first time judges, non-science teachers and others in a non-science
related field. These judges will judge projects on Tuesday, December
11.
· Blue
Ribbon Judges include science teachers, experienced
science fair judges and others with a scientific or project design
background. These judges will judge the top projects on Wednesday,
December 12.
If you want to help but do not feel comfortable judging we can
also use help setting up the science fair and providing
refreshments for the science fair judges.
