Greetings Parents,
As you know the permission slips for 2nd semester
PVA monthly arts events was sent out this past week via email.
It contains all the basic information for each event.
Feel free to keep the first page so that you have a preview
of the tentative schedule.
(You might want to circle/highlight the events your child is
attending and put them in your calendar.)
Kindly print the email and return the second page with your
signature and emergency information to YOUR CHILD’S PRIME ARTS TEACHER.
If you do not have access to a printer, please have your
child ask their prime art teacher for a “generic” copy. You simply need to list
the events where indicated, sign and return…again, all permission slips should
be sent to the prime art teacher, not me.
Lastly, all permission slips are due back by JAN 4, 2013.
We have waiting list for many of the events, so they must be
returned on time.
Students who turn their permission slips in after January
4, may lose their tickets/seat for the events they are scheduled to attend…this
is because we have a sizable waiting list for many of the events.
