Hello Bates Middle School Community,

The Bates Talent Show is in the works!  Bates faculty, Maurena Darling and Laura Casciato, will be heading up the show this year.  The PTA will fund the rental of Maryland Hall and assist as volunteers.   We asking for parent volunteers to help out with several aspects of the show.  

Show Date:  May 3rd at Maryland Hall, 7:00 pm
Tech/Dress rehearsal:  May 2nd at Maryland Hall, 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.  

Parent help consists of:

.)  Videotaping 
1    .)    Props and Set Design
2    .)    Costumes
3    .)    Media and Publicity
4    .)    Communication
5    .)    Ticket Printing and Sales
6    .)    Printing Programs etc…
7    .)    Back stage and Dressing Room ( 4 total). 
8    .)    Cast Party and or Reception for families in gym area of MD Hall after performance
9    /.)    Possible selling of items during a intermission for fundraising for PTA
