Hello Bates Families!
It is that time of year when we show our enthusiastic
gratitude for our Bates teachers and staff.
We applaud their tireless dedication, behind the scenes & on the
front lines!
This year, Bates is holding their Staff Appreciation event by hosting a Spring Garden Party Breakfast on Wed, May 15 in the Media Center.
Please look below and let me know how you can contribute by emailing me
at jandcbull3@verizon.net. Items can be dropped off on Tuesday, May 14th during the last hour of school, or by 6:30 am on May 15. Thank you for whatever help you can give!!
SPRING GARDEN PARTY BREAKFAST - Wed, May 15
from 7-9:30 am
*The PTA will provide breakfast sandwiches and/or wraps
with eggs, meats & cheese, so no donations of hot food will be
necessary. We need the following items
to complement!
Bagels & Breads with Spreads (8)
Fruit (7)
Sweets (7)
--Pastries, muffins, doughnuts, delectables
Bonus Sides (3-4)
--Meats? Creative
spread? Nuts/Trail mix? You choose!
Drinks (4)
--Single serve juices, water, teas, milks
Coffee (2)
--Ground coffee to serve 50--one caffeine, one decaf.
Tea (1)
--Tea bag selection
Coffee Sides (2-3)
--Syrups, Creamer, Sugars/Sweeteners
OTHER ITEMS NEEDED!
*Decorations---Baskets, Flowers, "Garden Party"
styling items.
*2 huge coffee urns (we already have 1)
*Large cooler with ice
NO TIME?
* If you really want to help, but just don't have time to
pull something together, we can also accept monetary contributions to be used
to purchase necessary items. Thank you!!

ONE LAST NOTE--If you have an additional
inspiration for a way to honor our teachers & staff, please let me know
& we will incorporate it into the Breakfast or another day that week.
