The upcoming Family Involvement
Conference will be held on Saturday, March 8, from 8:30
a.m. until 12:30 pm., at Old Mill High School.
Shauna King will be the keynote speaker on the topic, "Jack's Brain,
Jill's Brain."
Following the keynote, participants will be able to choose
two one-hour breakout sessions from among 12 topics of interest to those with
children from birth through high school. This year we are partnering with the
Early Childhood Coalition and the school support liaisons at Fort Meade and the
Naval Academy, so we are hoping to attract child care providers, preschool and
kindergarten teachers and military families.
