Hi, All -
It's not too late to sign up to participate in the Bates 5K! Registration and Packet Pick Up will be tonight from 4-8 at Charm City Run and tomorrow morning starting at 7:30am.
Come early tomorrow to make sure you get the full benefit of the event! The Parisi Speed School will be there early (7:30 ish) to give tips and a pre-race warm up. Peggie O'Dea, a licensed massage therapist, will be set up before and after the race. Free Energy Power Balls are being donated by Health and Nutrition Coach, as well as bagels, fruit, and water. Cheerleaders and the Menchie's Mascot will be on hand to cheer everyone on!
Bates students will have a separate line for t-shirt pick up on Saturday morning. They are encouraged to do packet pick up early, but the t-shirts will be handed out in a designated line on Saturday. Here again is a link to the flyer: Bates Arts in Motion 5K
